Filtered Water

Tell Me Something I Don’t Know About Filtered Water!

Okay, so we all know by now that filtered water is in some way better for us than that chlorine tasting stuff straight out of the tap, I mean that part is obvious because for starters it tastes a hell of a lot better. Yep, the charcoal and other things in filters remove all the heavy metals, salts and chemical nasties from the water and therefore its closer to water from a natural spring, but tell me something special! Have you heard of the research that Dr Mark Emoto has been conducting on water crystals? Now that’s something special! Unfiltered water straight from your local source forms water crystals that are deformed, asymmetrical and quite malignant looking. Compare this to water crystals that are formed from water which has been filtered, water from natural springs, and water that has been shown the words love and gratitude! The water crystals formed under these conditions are beautifully formed, symmetrical and look like gemstones! The link between why this water is better for you to drink than the malignant looking water has not been discovered yet but rest assured it’s there people! Now get filtering!!

List a Few Benefits of Consuming Filtered Water...I Want to Be Sure.

The first difference you’re going to notice when you drink filtered water is that it tastes delicious!! Okay it doesn’t taste as good as rain water or spring water, but it’s pretty close! And when you think about the fact that you’re supposed to smash down about eight glasses a day (more if you ask me) of the stuff, taste has to be a factor. If it makes you drink more of it, and you don’t have access to rain water, invest in a water filter immediately! Get hydrated.

Do you notice that if you have a few glasses of chlorinated tap water, you’ll end up feeling a lot thirstier than when you first started....think about that for a bit, and ponder how many salts you’re consuming in your seemingly harmless glass of H20. That’s the thing, it’s not H20 anymore once it’s gone through all the treatment processes down at the local water plant. Filtering water brings it as close to H20 again as is possible. If you are getting your eight glasses a day, and you’re getting it primarily through unfiltered tap water, think of how many extra salts, heavy metals and chemicals you’re ingesting unsuspectingly. And then think of the effect of subjecting your body to these extra and unnecessary toxins for twenty years or more. Come on, you might as well just filter it!

By drinking filtered water you will be greatly reducing the risk of colon cancer, rectal cancer and bladder cancer through the removal of chlorine and chlorine products. Filtered water consumption also reduces the risk of gastrointestinal disease by removing some nasty bacteria that are prone to infesting our gut lining and wreaking havoc in the bowels. It’s really your last line of defense against up to 2000 toxins and nasties that may be present in a sample of drinking water delivered to your house via tap. Water filters are easy enough to use and don’t take much preparation. When you think of the benefits it even seems a little silly to not make the extra effort!

The Bottom Line: Drink Filtered Water

If you need any more confirmation that you should be filling your tummy with tasty filtered water, think on this. Your body is 70% water, your blood is 90% water, and your liver, one of your most vital organs, is 96% water! Toxins present in the water we use to top ourselves up with are going to hit the body instantly through the bloodstream, and the liver will absorb a great deal of these. Say hello to gallstones. Filtering the water we drink greatly reduces the quantity of toxins present in the water and therefore reduces the toxins floating in our bloodstream and in our liver at any given time. Eight glasses a day is a lot, if there are toxins present at least. Get cracking and invest in a good quality filter, your body will thank you for it!
